Eduardo Sean O.Paliza and Susan T.Paliza of SEAN-SUSAN FOOD PRODUCTS had been managing their Tapsilog Eatery for more than ten (10 ) years. They serve Tapsilog, Bulaksilog, Chicksilog, Adobsilog, Tosilog, Porsilog, Hotsilog and the Guinobatan LONGSILOG. For several years, they procure the longganisa from a longtime manufacturer of the product. To be able to hit two birds with one stone, they have decided to create their own recipe of the Guinobatan’s pride. This had brought the birth of SEAN-SUSAN FOOD PRODUCTS on April 2010 and since then, the food product was offered for sale.

To increase its popularity, they joined the very first Longganisa Festival Culinaria Longganisa Making and Cooking where they were declared as the GRAND CHAMPION in the said festival dated August 12, 2013. The SEAN-SUSAN FOOD PRODUCTS has been mentioned in the Daily Inquirer (A4) for the August 22, 2013 issue and has been featured in Kapuso Mo Jessica Soho wherein Susan demonstrated how her winning piece grabbed the first prize during the competition. She cooked a sumptuous meal called “Longganisa Express” which is a remake of the typical Bicol Express, a well-known dish of the Bicolanos.

Our longganisa venture gradually penetrated the market and earnings are yielding up that supported the schooling of our first three children who are now practicing their professions as a seaman, a medical practitioner, and a  Certified Public Account (CPA). Now, we are looking forward to the time where our remaining two children will finish their studies through the accumulated income generated by our businesses.

Today, SEAN-SUSAN FOOD PRODUCTS is a proud supplier of Legazpi Airline Canteen, Charisma Catering Services, OKB stores in Metro Pacific and Ayala Malls Legazpi and the First Colonial Grill for it is their main ingredient in its Pasta Bicolana Dish. The product is continuously stepping its way out nationally and has already reached different places all over the world.
